Dipl.eng. Georgi Stefanov Spiridonov –General Manager

In 1999 eng. Spiridonov graduated with a masters degree from the Higher Military Transport School "Todor Kableshkov" - Sofia, Specialty Civil Engineer - Transport Construction.

He received his secondary education from the Technical School of Electrical Engineering "SM Kirov" Sofia, specialty Automatization of manufacture.

Since 1999 until 2004 he works as Technical Manager and Project Manager at Glavbolgarstroy AD, GOMAX OOD, CTC Engineering Sofia and others.

In 2004 he is a part of the Investor Control team at Department "Reconstruction and expansion of Sofia Airport".

During the period 2004-2005 he is responsible for the implementation of projects funded by the PHARE Program at the Ministry of Economy, Directorate "Pre-accession programs and projects" - "Development of Bulgarian Cultural Tourism", "Development of Bulgarian Eco-tourism", "Transformation of former military bases - Razgrad and Simitli ”, Technical assistance under the project“ Development of the Bulgarian Eco-tourism ”.

In the period 2005-2017eng. Spiridonov worked in NOLA 7 EOOD, KIK-Design OOD and PHI AD, and manage to prove his professional qualities and started from Project Manager he rising upto the Construction Manager and Member of the Board of Directors in PHI AD.

In 2018 he establishes a Limited Liability Company "New Construction Idea". Manages and implements civil and infrastructure construction projects. Provides services in the field of consulting, investment construction and property management.

He is a member of the Management Board of Regional Representation-Sofia at BULGARIAN CONSTRUCTION CHAMBER (BCC)

He was born in Sofia. Family, with 2 children.

He speaks English, German and Russian.
